My First Time (Paying online)
Posted on Tuesday, October 11 2011 @ 02:24:34 Eastern

Well, it happened.

In the last hour or so, I have spent near $25 NZD on Steam ($14.97 USD, to be precise). Out of the deal, I got 3 items. A Vintage Tyrolean, a tin of paint (Waterlogged Lab Coat) for said Vintage Tyrolean, and a game (which I will elaborate on once I find a way to download it without blowing my data cap, which if you follow my Steam account you will know is Magicka oh dear I've given away the surprise.)

Overall, I found the... experience not nearly as scary as I'd initially thought the concept to be. Nevertheless, I won't be going on a spending spree with Steam for a while, and watching the withdrawals from my account quite closely.
