E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

It's Alright:Hang In There!
Posted on Thursday, August 14 2008 @ 10:36:02 Eastern

From playing on Xbox live each and every day, i came to found out that many people damage their own console or controllers by getting repeatly slaughtered or losing extremely bad in a game.

Most people have a tendacy of flipping out over the most outrageous happenings on Xbox Live. I have experience many, so i'm going to share a couple with you that somehow made me laugh at the person playing

Gears of War Battle: When playing Gears of War on the map Canals, many people try to go to the sniper point first. Well, as i at the sniper point i spotted one person. I then aim carefully like i do and BOOM!! go their head, but there was another person left that i didn't realize. As it turns out i shot two people's heads off in one shot from the longshot rifle. When the round ended, they were yelling at me calling me a modder. One went as far as slamming their controller and breaking it. You could of notice it because you heard the smashing of the controller from the mic, and then seeing the person not move from their spawn point.

Halo 3 Battle: As i was playing on the map Blackout, many of the gamers have indeed already experienced the level without realizing it. As i was running through waves of fire i saw the point score, It was 47 to 42 with my team winning. I then turned around stuck someone with a plasma grenade and they turned into spartan goo (actually they didn't they just went flying because you can't blow up a spartan and turn them into pieces like in Gears of War). As it turns out it was indeed  a triple kill causing my team to win. After the battle they were so angry you couldn't understand what they were yelling. It sounded like the foreign soldiers in Call of Duty 4:

So basically Many people will get mad at the game. I have a tendacy to do so as well. But, please remember it's just a game. I know now not to let my darkside out on the game when i lose, because i don't want to damage my controllers. So if you lose a battle, It's alright, cool down, there's another match you can join. Just hang in there and cover your soldiers. Be a lone soldier, be a sacrafice, just don't get your anger gets the best of you. Specially if you don't have enough money to replace it, then what would you do?
