(1) Open the file Swat4.ini and go down to the title "[Engine.GameEngine]".
(2) Then change "EnableDevTools=False" to "EnableDevTools=True".
Then use ~ to bring up the console and enter the codes:

God Mode |

No Clipping Mode |
| Walk |
Turn No Clipping Mode |
| SetGravity X |
Changes Gravity to X which is your desired number |
| SetJump X |
Change X to alter jump height |
Press ` to bring up the console, whether or not you did the cheat above, then enter the following codes:

3rd Person Cam |
| open "MAPNAME" |
Replace MAPNAME with the map you want to jump to |
