Get the Clothesline:
In chapter 1, while April is in her room open the window and look outside to find a clothes line and Hanging Chains! To obtain the clothes line you must first head to the cafe after coming from the Acadamy and obtain a piece of bread off of the table. Then return to Aprils room and look out the window again. Use the bread and sprinkle some crums on the rubber ducky below. Doing this will cause the Seagull to land on the rubber ducky and deflate it. The Grid will sink and you can now use the hanging chains to pull the clothes line out of the water!!
