Beat the game on the normal difficulty setting. this unlocks hard difficulty, movie gallery, voice test, background music, and continue mode.

Unlock artwork and extra stages:
Beat the game on Hard difficulty.

Extra Weapons:
Beat continue mode to unlock the Boulder Piercer weapon for Benkei and the Gale weapon for Yoshitsune.
