Enter the following in the Cheats menu under options. G = Green | R = Red | Y = Yellow | B = Blue | There is no need to strum these, unlike Guitar Hero 3.

Code	Effect
YRBGYRRR	Air Instruments (Cannot be combined with Invisible Rocker)
GGRRBBYY	Always Drum Fill
RGBYGYRR	Hyperspeed (Broken into HyperGuitar, HyperBass, and HyperDrum, and goes from Off to 5)
