Change Wallpaper in Customize Mode:
After wishing for it from the Enhanced Set of Wishes, at the title screen press Up,  , Down,  , L1,  , R1,  . Goku will say something to confirm entry.
Unlockable Wishes:
These will be added to the Enhanced Set of Wishes when you complete the requirements.
