How devastating your performance was is measured in minute detail after each level, with Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals up for grabs depending on how quick you were, or how many times you fired.
There are Gears of War Horde-style Battle challenges included as well, in which you fend off military attacks for as long as possible. Sadly, the monster’s slow firing removes much of the tension.
Use the pinch controls to zoom the camera out at the start of each level, as this will give you a much better idea of what you need to attack first.
Planes drop power-ups if you hit them, while some - like TNT - are scattered around the levels and can be exploded in chains for higher scores.
