  New game + Beat the game on any difficulty and when you start a new game on another difficulty or the same one you beat you will have all you upgrades.

 

Hidden mini game At the credits screen press X or R2 five times to start a mini game with "Square" being "fire" and "X" being "thrust".

God mode
I received a beta copy, for test it, the code( cheat will work on this new version is God mode, you have to login using devmode, exist a way inside the game engine, to click on it, only, when the game start, call the console with the : / than digit : g_godMode=1 is the same as we use in the other crysis version, I didn't try other cheats.
