This is how to get the four alternate endings in the game:
The Templar Flood Ending:
Upload Aquinas Spec to the Templars.
Use the machine at the statue's base.
Kill JC and Paul Denton, but keep Saman alive.
Illuminati Age of Light Ending:
Upload Aquinas Spec to the Illuminati.
Destroy the machine at the statue's base.
Kill JC and Paul Denton, but keep Chad or Nicolette alive.
Omar Invasion Ending:
Do not upload Aquinas Spec.

This code will allow you to generate weapons, biomods, and all sorts of good stuff.
(1) Make a copy of the DX2UI.ini file in the game's System directory.
(2) Change the data in the file to the following:
