Bulletproof Taxis
If you complete dropping off 15 people in a row without the timer running out all taxis will turn bulletproof when you are driving them. This does not affect your stats menu for number of times cheated.
Glitch - Avoid hotwiring cars
When you enter a car that requires you to hotwire it, exit and re-enter the car. The car should be started and ready to go now.
Creating a ghost car or boat
When you see someone driving in a boat or motorcycle throw a moltovo cocktail and watch to the scene. The target will get grey and stays on the motorcycle try to jack it and the ghost will ride away.
Boat Ghost driver
In boats the case is diffrent than the motorcycle ghost driver.First get a boat and find a boat that is open {on reefers it is impossible to aim at the driver.throw it and the driver will burn and left gray if you jack it you will get a instant wanted level 2.
