Get All Characters and Cinemas:
Highlight the cutscene viewer in Gallery Options, hold X and press Up, Down, Left, Right.
Hidden Character Carbuncle:
Get less than 4 or more than 12 fevers in the HaraHara Course and beat it using no continues. Or just beat Accord in the HaraHara Course
with your continues used being a multiple of seven: 7, 14 , 21, etc.
