Find Latios Again Easily:
If you have already found him at least once, Go to a city where he goes often (like Foretree city or Picificlog town). Use Fly and go to the same city you were at beforehand and look on your Pokedex. See where he is at that moment. Keep doing this until he is next to the city you are in but do NOT run. If you do he will most likely move to a different area.

Unlockables:

Bronze Trainer Card Defeat the Elite Four once
Silver Trainer Card Pass all of the contests
Gold Trainer Card Get all 200 Pokemon
National Pokedex Trade any pokemon from Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire to Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green, and you will receive a pokedex which you to view 386 pokemon.
National Pokedex Diploma Get all 386 Pokemon info in your Pokedex. Go to the hotel in Lilycove City and talk to the Game Designer.
Pokemon Diploma Have all 202 pokemon Seen and Caught in your pokedex. Go to the hotel in Lilycove City and talk to the Game Designer.
Silver Trophy Win 50 Battle Tower battles in a row
Gold Trophy Win 100 Battle Tower battles in a row
Glass Sculpture Have 5 pictures painted in the Lilycove Art Museum.


Get the following shards from under the water near Mossdeep. Then go to the Hunter's House and talk to the Shard Hunter to unlock the following:
Leaf Stone Give a Green Shard
Fire Stone Give a Red Shard
Water Stone Give a Blue Shard
Thunder Stone Give a Yellow Shard


Talk to the Chairman in the Pokemon Fan Club in Slateport City. Have your Lead Pokemon have the maximum values in the table to unlock the scarves:
Blue Scarf beauty
Pink Scarf cuteness
Green Scarf smartness
Red Scarf coolness
Yellow Scarf toughness

Get Bagon:
Go to meteor falls, then surf to the waterfall. Make sure that one of the pokemon in your party knows waterfall, then go up the waterfall. Go to the room where you hop all of the ledges and stick to the left. You'll find a ladder and go down it. Then surf at that spot and use waterfall up that waterfall. You'll come to a small cavern with a TM at the end. Keep on walking around the cavern and eventually you will find a bagon. You can evolve it into a shelgon at Lv.30 and then into a salamence.

How to get Painted in Lilyvoce Museum:
You need to beat Master rank contest with maximum points. After the contest the painter comes and tells you how he has painted a great picture of the pokemon that you have won with. He also gives your pokemon a sketchmodel ribbon.
