On one of your missions, Kenny will ask you to deliver then buy drugs. Buy drugs with a green plus on the side then sell them to other dealers (you make money) the ones with red minuses means you lose money. You must seek out drug dealers which are little blue dots on your map. After you talk to them they end up being suitcases on your map. Once you visit one you can also locate them on your gps.

Cheat Codes

Cheats are entered on your Mission Replay Board which can be accessed by visiting any Safe House (you can find the Board on the far right side of the Safe House). The Mission Replay Board has a jumbled set of magnetized letters that can be used to arrange all kinds of words. You'll ahve to spell out the letters below to input the following cheats:
CASHIN - Grants $10,000 extra cash.
COPOUT - Lowers your wanted level by 1 star.
COPIN - Raises your wanted level by 1 star.
