POW Block

When you see the POW block on your screen and its about to hit you, do the function you would normally use for a trick to create a shockwave. This will make you immune to the spin out the POW block creates. This can be done using bikes or carts. Please not the while your speed will stay the same, you will still loose whatever items you were carrying.

Mii Racer Weight Class

Go to the Mii Channel and change your Mii's weight. This causes you to change weight classes and have different cars available.

Play as the same character

Have P1 choose the character you both want to be. De-select the character and move off of it. Move P2 over the character and select it again. Go back one screen, then go into the character select again. You should both be on the same character. Both of you can now select the character.

Note: In the character select screen and options, whenever one of you does an animation, both will do it. Also, if P2 chooses a different kind of vehicle than P1, P1 will look strange in the menus.

Golden Wii Wheel

Play the game, using only the wii wheel extensively, in all the modes. When you play an online game, a golden wii wheel will appear next to your name.

Starting Boost

When the countdown starts wait until the 2 has almost disappeared and then press and hold the 2 button. This will give you a quick boost at the start of the race.

Boost after falling

When you fall into something, such as a pit, if you hit 2 the moment you're placed back on the ground, you get a temporary boost.

New opening and closing screens

Complete every single cup and place in first. It will unlock two new alternating Title Screens and one new End Photo.
