As you work your way through the first level in World 2, you should notice various billboards in the background. One of them includes a picture of a futuristic motorcycle, accompanied by text to the effect of "Blink and you'll miss it." This billboard is referencing LocoCycle, an upcoming title from the same developer that had not even been announced at the time when Ms. Splosion Man was released.
