Nintendogs Cheats




These cheats work for all versions of Nintendogs

Get a Jack Russel Terrier:
Find the Jack Russel book on a walk and then visit the kennel to buy it.

Get a Dalmation:
Find the Fireman's Hat on a walk and then visit the kennel to buy it.

Tell a Gift from Another Dog:
During a walk and you see a [?] box, your dog will bark once if it's a gift or twice if it's another dog.

Special Treats:
Whenever you see a lightbulb or bone icon, you can grab it with the stylus and drag it to your dog's mouth to have him eat it like a treat.

Easy Trainer Points:
To get easy Trainer Points and touch time spent with your pooch, start a brushing session, and simply leave your DS open and on for a while. Like overnight, with the charger plugged in.

Get a Dachshund:
Link with another DS that has "Nintendogs: Dachshund and Friends".

Get a Chihuahua:
Link with another DS that has "Nintendogs: Chihuahua and Friends".

Get a Labrador:
Link with another DS that has "Nintendogs: Labrador and Friends".




Get the following amount of Trainer Points to get the unlockables. New breeds will appear in the kennel and new houses will appear in the interior decorator.

2,000 Pug
4,000 German Shepherd Dog
6,000 Desktop (Interior Decorator)
8,000 Shih Tzu
10,000 Boxer
12,000 Seaside (Interior Decorator)
14,000 Beagle
16,000 Shetland Sheepdog
18,000 Outer Space (Interior Decorator)
20,000 Golden Retriever
22,000 Cavalier K.C.Spaniel
25,000 Ranch House (Interior Decorator)
30,000 Husky



Musical Dogs:

When you are on a walk, go to the discount shop. Buy the keyboard. Sometimes it does not have it but when it does, buy it. When you get home, go into supplies, go to music, and tap the keyboard. Tap any of the instruments. When you play the keyboard the dogs will sit and sing. ( bark )
