Extra cars:
At the Car Selection screen, select Garage A. Hold L1 and press Circle. Now select
Garage B. Hold L1 and press Circle. Now select Garage C. Hold L1+R1 and press
Circle. Go back to the Garage Select and you should find Garage D.
