Enter the code 4622 at the password screen to start the game with all power-ups.

Armed to the Teeth:
Enter 5656 as your password. You'll have every item with the exception of the wing, heart, and armor. Once you die you'll lose all of the weapons you would normally lose.

Boss Mode:
When entering a password type 9437 to only play against the bosses with all powerups.
