Unlimited health:
During play, pause, hold L1 and press Triangle, Square, Triangle, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, Circle.

Unlimited rage:
During play, pause, hold L1 and press Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Up, Right, Up.

Unlimited ammo:
