From the main menu select the "Credits Movie." While the movie is playing enter one of the three following codes.

Level select:
Press Circle, R2 and Triangle at the same time.

Invincibility:
Press Circle, R2 and R1 at the same time.

All upgrades:
Press Circle, Triangle and L1 at the same time.

 

Every 10,000 points scored will unlock a cheat:

10,000 Concept art 1
20,000 Sgt Candy movie
30,000 Concept art 2
40,000 Concept art 3
50,000 Slow motion
60,000 Total upgrade
70,000 Unlimited scan vision
80,000 Instant death
90,000 Invincibility
100,000 Death stare

Unlock all cheats:
Beat the game.
