Improved Moggle Throw: Monster Crystals

This can only acquire when you reach Serendipity on the first time, talk to Mystic and she will give you Mog's Manifestation which can improve your moggle's throw and Haggler skill to increase your sale price by 10%. Do this moggle throw at certain areas to get one of a kind monster crystal.
Cactuarama - A Dying World 700 - Throw Mog on to position close to Chocolina in the black sands zone.
Cactuarina - New Bodhum 003AF - Throw Mog into the crater beneath the gate in the meteorite impact site area.
Chichu - Archylte Steppe ???AF - Throw Mog into the patch of red flowers close to the cactuar waystone on the plains of eternity.
Leyak - Sunleth Waterscape 300AF - Hurl Mog at the two Miniflan while riding the giant beast in the anime trail area.
Nanochu - Archylte Steppe ???AF - Throw Mog onto the small island at the center of the clearwater marshes. The probability of finding the Nanochu crystal is 10%
Rangda - New Bodhum 003AF - Throw Mog into the ocean from the pier east of the NORA house.
Silver Chocobo - Academia 4XXAF - Throw Mog onto the platform beneath the holographic projection of Cocoon.

Fragment Skills

Here is the list of all 14 Fragment skills and its effects you can unlock by completing certain quests, finding specific fragments in certain timelines or by simply playing through the game.
Anti-grav Jump - Defies gravity and lets you jump further (Hold O/B button)
Bargain Hunter - You can buy items from shops for 25% less gil (Affects Serendipity coin prices as well)
Battlemania - Increases the odds to encounter rare enemies on the field
Chocobo Music - Lets you choose between a variety of Chocobo songs while riding the Chocobo
Clock Master - Lets you manipulate the overall game speed between High Speed and Low Speed
Encounter Master - Changes the enemy encounter rate to frequent or less frequent
Eyes of the Goddess - During Event Scenes you have control over the camera (Use R3 to control camera)
Field Killer - Defeats enemies instantly on the field
Haggler - You can sell items to shops for 10% more gil
Mobile Mog - Lets Mog return to your side faster after throwing him
Mog's Manifestation - Improved Moogle Throw which enables you to find always treasure where no treasure can be seen
Monster Collector - Increases the odds to obtain a Monster Crystal from battles
Paradox Scope - Invoke a paradox to explore new potential histories to challenge history's new possibilties (Required to obtain some fragments and the Secret Ending)
Rolling in CP - Earn more CP from battles

Easter Egg

Secret Ending

After collecting all 160 fragments, activate the Paradox Scope and repeat the final boss battles in Academia (500AF) to view a secret ending after the credits roll.

Anomalous (Silver) - Witnessed every possible Paradox Ending.
Big Game Hunter (Silver) - Defeated every worthy opponent.
Budding Hunter (Silver) - Defeated an army's worth of enemies.
Supreme Being (Silver) - Fully developed all abilities.
Trigger Finger (Silver) - Obtained five Cinematic Bonus rewards.
Cerulean Medal (Bronze) - Defeated a powerful enemy with valiant skill.
Choco-boco-holic (Bronze) - Spent a fortune at shops.
Clock Stopper (Bronze) - Responded swiftly to the appearance of enemies.
