The phrase "Free Play" will appear to confirm correct code entry. If the game settings are saved, free play mode will also be included.

Sixteen credits:
Set the credits to nine and start the game using controller 2. Immediately press Start on controller one when player 2's ship launches. Allow player 2's ship to be lost. Player 1 will now have sixteen credits.

Mission select:
Enter the difficulty menu from the settings menu. Hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 +Start.

Hidden options:
Hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 during a game to display a hidden options menu. The screen resolution, position, and other options may be adjusted.

Find the slightly off color trees that are not initially destroyed by your ship's fire power. They are usually located on the right side of the screen. Approach these trees and keep firing into them until they explode. Capture the pixie that flies out of the explosion. When your ship is destroyed, a group of power-ups will be released.
