You'll ahve to examine the closet in Leanne's room during or after chapter 7 for these to work. While her first line of dialogue is on screen, enter the code. After entering the code, forward to the next line of text, and you should recieve your items. These are the codes:

Unlockable Clothing
Once chapter 7 begins, search Leanne's closet as Leanne. Press X once, and while her first line is on screen, enter the code. Press X again and she will find the corresponding clothing.
