This procedure involves editing a game file so please, create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Now, use a text editor to edit the "bonuses.cfg" file in the game folder. You can change the value of the shield time, weapon unit, and more. Edit the "cars.cfg" file to reduce the prices of the cars.
