More Options:
First go to the options menu. Then push and hold L, R, and up. The screen will shake and you can now use the question mark option. You can use one button fatalities and much more....

To select the Battlestage:
Highlight Sonya, hold up and press start. After you pick your fighter the screen will say " Choose your battle stage..."

Even More Options:
At the story screen, press High Kick, Low Kick, Run, Low Punch, High Punch, High Punch, High Punch, Low Punch Low punch. If you did it correctly, a voice in the background should say "Ow-Mah". Then, go to the options screen and there should be a red and blue question marks.
