Start the Game with Tons of Cash:
Before starting a new game, go into your Singles 2 program directory. Then go into the Config folder and open "hame.cfg" in a text editor. Search for the following lines and change the starting value to 999999:

moneyEmptyScene = 100000
moneyStartStory = 496
moneyStartBackyard = 2500
moneyStartApartment = 5000
moneyStartPenthouse = 10000

Get Every Mode:
In the ..\Singles2\config\ folder, right-click on the "game.cfg" and uncheck the "Read Only" box. Then open that file in text editor and change the "FALSE" in the following lines to "TRUE":

BackyardEnabled =
ApartmentEnabled =
PenthouseEnabled =

Skill Points:
Save a game and then exit. Go to your ..\Singles2\savegame\ folder and use a text editor to edit the "savegame_apartment.dat" if you live in an apartment or the "savegame_penthouse.dat" if you live in a penthouse, etc. Search the document for the skillpoints entries and change the value of each entry you find to 30.
