Smash Cops Tips, Tricks, Hints

Did you just download Smash Cops? The iOS game from Hutch has become a break out hit, but you won't get far if you don't know how to effectively chase down the bad guys. Here are a few tips to get through the more challenging levels in Smash Cops.

Ram from the side.

Don't waste your time hitting your prey from behind. It'll do little to no damage and only serve to damage your cop car. Instead, focus on spinning your target of course by hitting them from the side.

Once you've accomplished this, you'll get a shot at their front end which will do a lot more damage. Remember, back, bad. Front and side, good.

Ignore the arrows.

If you know your way around a track, you can cut huge time from your mission by ignoring the arrows and blazing your own trail to the suspect. If you take an alternate route, you might find yourself well ahead of the other car, and in a position to do some huge damage to them.

Coming at the suspect from a completely different route can give you a great angle on the side or front of their car, making them an easy mark for your cop car. Tip number 2 plays right into tip number 1. Hit from the side or the front.

Save the SuperCop.

As tempting as it might be to use your SuperCop power-up at any time, smart usage will ultimately yield even more destructive results. Save the SuperCop power-up for heavier vehicles.

This will charge up their power, making them much more nimble. What's all that weight good for if you can't lug it right into the side of a perp?

With these tips, you should be ready for more smashing than ever. Stick with GameRevolution and we'll bring you any news on Smash Cops. Got a tip we don't have here? Send it in to tips@gamerevolution.com and prove you're a better smasher than us!
