Pause the game and enter the following:

Instant Nuclear Strike:
Pause the game and press:

For an Extra $5000:

Enter the password cinema. Then go back to the password screen and enter whoami, sg, or jc to give access to comments and all full motion video.

To access Covert missions:

I think I'm turning Japanese:
Enter the password godzilla for some language changes...

Hints:

Steal Enemy Troops & Vehicles:
Have an engineer unit enter an enemy troop transport or helicopter while they are unoccupied. If an engineer unit enters an occupied helicopter or troop transport, he will be killed.
