All Items Weapons, Unlimited Ammo, Special Features:
Press Select during game play, then highlight the Timex-TMX on the inventory screen. Then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down + Circle and press Triangle to exit the inventory screen. Go back to the inventory to access the extra items. Exit the level to find the "Special Features" option at the main menu. The effects of this code will be temporary unless you have "Saved" in inventory. Note: In the PAL version of the game, highlight the Timex-TMX at the inventory screen. Then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Down.

Unlimited Medkits and Flares:
Press Select during game play, then highlight the Timex-TMX on the inventory screen. Then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R1 + Up + Circle and press Triangle to exit the inventory screen. The effects of this code will remain if you have "Saved" in inventory. Note: In the PAL version of the game, highlight the Timex-TMX at the inventory screen. All Items:
Enter the inventory screen and highlight the "Timex" (TMX) selection. Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down and press Triangle.

Black Isle Level:
At main menu highlight "New Game" the hold up and L2 and just press X.

Black Isle Level (PAL version):
At the main menu highlight the "New Game" option at the main menu, then hold Up + L2 and press X.

Russian Base Level (PAL version):
At the main menu highlight the "New Game" option at the main menu, then hold Up + L1 and press X.

Tower Block Level (PAL version):
At the main menu highlight the "New Game" option at the main menu, then hold Up + R1 and press X.

View Cut-Scenes:
At the main menu press Select + R2 for a selection of cut-scenes.

Hints

Quick Flare:
To use a flare without going to the inventory, press Select + R1 (or R2 if R1 dosen't work) anytime or when Lara isn't holding any weapon.

Stay Ahead of the Head:
In the second level you will have to fight a stone head (but it will fire lasers at you). To beat him you will have to combine your revolver with your laser sight, when you meet him aim and shoot him in the eyes (he will fire his lasers every 3 seconds so be careful but I didn't have any trouble with him).

Special Options Menu:
To unlock the special options menu first load up a saved game (mine was on the 13th Floor). Then die. When load game/exit to title appears, choose exit to title. It should then be open with designs for a new Tomb Raider game and storyboards. Alternatively just complete the game.
