At the screen where you buy new parts for your POD, press Shift + F4 + 4 for an extra $1000. This may only be done five times, but may be repeated after completing a race.

Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer N64
Choose Tournament Mode. Select an empty name slot, hold Z, then enter the following codes. Press L to enter each letter. When finished, select "End" and press L followed by A.

All Cheats enabled:
