Before You begine keep in mind this procedure involves editing a game file so create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the cybrid or human campaign file in the game directory. Locate the "usePlanetInv = true;" entry and change it to "usePlanetInv = bool;". Locate the "techLevel = 3;" entry and change it to "techLevel = 10;". With these all Hercs and unlimited weapons will be available during the game.
