Cheat mode:
At the title screen, hold L + R and press Up, Left, Down, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right. The word "Yeah!" confirms entry. This unlocks all bonuses.
Unlock Levels:
At the options screen, go to Change Name and enter XOPENSEZ.
