Cheat Mode:
Enter the options menu and select "Gameplay." Hold the D-Pad Left and the Left Analog-stick Right and press Start. This unlocks 'codes' at the options menu.

Enter the code MEGASTARS to unlock the Sega Sports, Visual Concepts, and Team 2K2 teams.
