Unification (Evil Ruler) Continuously use evil deeds such as Despotism and become Emperor. Then conquer all 25 territories without commiting a good deed.
Unification (Good Ruler) Continuously use good deeds such as Philanthropy and become Emperor. Then conquer all 25 territories without commiting a evil deed.
