Alternate Color Schemes and Loyalty Skills

Complete the Loyalty missions each party member gives you to unlock their hidden Loyalty skills and alternate colors for their costumes.

 

Bonus Skills for Shepard *SPOILERS*

After completing a character's loyalty mission, you can unlock a new skill for use by the main character. To pick or change which skill you are using, simply complete the "Advanced Training" research upgrade on your ship. On your first character, you will need to train to use these skills, but on every character made or imported after unlocking these skills you can pick them immediately upon creation.

Biotic Barrier Complete Jacob's loyalty mission.
Dominate Choose to kill Samara during her Loyalty mission and have Morinth replace her in your party.
Flashbang Complete Kasumi's Loyalty Mission.
Fortification Complete Grunt's loyalty mission.
Geth Shield Boost Complete Legion's loyalty mission.
Inferno Grenade Complete Zaeed's loyalty mission.
Neural Shock Complete Mordin Solus's loyalty mission.
Reave Complete Samara's loyalty mission.
Shield Drain Complete Tali's loyalty Mission.
Slam Complete Miranda's loyalty mission.
Warp Ammo Complete Jack's loyalty mission.



Bonuses to All New Characters

All new characters, including imported ones, gain these bonuses after you have completed the game.

Bonuses to Imported Mass Effect Characters

Characters imported from Mass Effect gain these bonuses based on its level.

100k Credits Import a Mass Effect character with the Rich Achievement.
10k of each Resource Import a level 60 Mass Effect character.
2k Experience Points Import a level 50 Mass Effect character.
30k Credits Import a level 50 Mass Effect character.
4k Experience Points Import a level 60 Mass Effect character.
50k Credits Import a level 60 Mass Effect character.
5k of each Resource Import a level 50 Mass Effect character.
Start as a level 5 Import a level 60 Mass Effect character.



Infinite Squad Points glitch

To get Infinite Squad Points, you will need at least 4 available points and a power ready to be evolved to its 4th form. Go to the Squad Menu and instead of pressing A to evolve a power, press X + A. This evolves the power, while "undoing" points transfer at the same time, leaving you with having both results. Now, repeat. NOTE: to get maximized results, make sure you have 10 available points so you can repeat the whole thing over and over again in one single session without leveling up your character. This allows you to upgrade all skills.

Doppelganger (10) Help the Justicar resolve her mission
Explorer (10) Visit 100% of the planets in an unexplored cluster
Fade Away (10) Gain the loyalty of Archangel
Fashionista (5) Personalize your armor in your quarters on the Normandy
Friend or Foe (10) Obtain geth technology
Ghost of the Father (10) Gain the loyalty of the Cerberus Operative
Ghost Ship (25) Complete the investigation of a derelict alien vessel
Head Hunter (10) Perform 30 headshot kills with any weapon on humanoid targets
Highly Trained (15) View all advanced combat training videos at Shepard's private terminal.
Incineration Specialist (15) Incinerate the armor of 25 enemies
Insanity (75) Complete the game on the "Insanity" difficulty level without changing the setting
Long Service Medal (75) Complete Mass Effect 2 twice, or complete it once with a character imported from Mass Effect 1
Master at Arms (15) Kill enemies with 5 different heavy weapons during the game
Merciless (10) Make 20 enemies scream as they fall or are set on fire
Missing in Action (5) Save your crew from an overwhelming attack
Mission Accomplished (125) Save humanity throughout the galaxy from certain annihilation
No One Left Behind (75) Keep your team alive through the suicide mission
Operative (15) Complete a mission discovered by scanning an unexplored world
Overload Specialist (15) Disrupt the shields of 25 enemies
Paramour (50) Successfully pursue a relationship with a teammate
Power Full (15) Evolve any power
Power Gamer (10) Reach Level 30 with one character
Prospector (5) Retrieve mineral resources by scanning and probing a planet in the galaxy map
Scholar (15) Unlock 15 new Mass Effect 2 codex entries
