Game Revolution Contest Rules

General rules and regulations: No purchase required to enter contest. Winners need not be present to win. All winners will be notified by E-Mail. Winners have one week to respond and accept or they are disqualified and an alternate is drawn. Limit one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries will invalidate all other entries of that individual and/or household. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Entry form must be completed in full INCLUDING ALL SURVEY QUESTIONS. ANY INCOMPLETE FORM WILL VOID ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

All entries must be completed by the person named on the entry form. Entry forms cannot be completed by another party. Entries are non-transferable except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. Any person attempting to defraud or in anyway tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Net Revolution Inc. at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes and conduct the drawing from all salvageable eligible Internet Entries and eligible Mail Entries received. Once submitted, entries become the property of Net Revolution Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Net Revolution Inc, whose decisions are binding and final.

Disclaimers: Entrants agree that Net Revolution Inc. shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession or use/misuse of prizes, participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Entrants also agree that Net Revolution Inc. is also not responsible for multiple entries, entered by other than human means such as computerization or other mechanical means (e.g. mechanically duplicated and mass machine printed entries), or for entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, misdirected, postage-due, illegible, mutilated, forged, incomplete, lost, damaged or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules (and such entries will be disqualified). Entrants also agree that Net Revolution Inc. is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use, without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation online (unless prohibited by law) the winner's first name, last name, city and state or country, for the sole purpose of posting the winners' names on the Web Site.

This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By the act of entering, the entrant: (i) Represents that a drawing and/or sweepstakes of this nature is legal in their area, and their participation is legal. (ii) Assumes all responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from their participation in the 'Game Revolution Contest'.

Taxes: All prize winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or licenses and or other related local, State, Federal fees that may apply to such winnings.

Prize winners will be selected from a random drawing held from all valid entries received between the first and last days of the month. Sweepstakes promoters and/or sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen entries. Prizes will be awarded from a random drawing held during the month immediately following.

The following are ineligible to enter and/or win any prizes in this contest: Employees and or family members of the promoter, the sponsors and others associated with this contest that are involved in promotion or production of this contest, and children under 13.
