You always need gold to expand your ranch, buy new monsters and supplies. Crystals also come in handy for acquiring new monsters, and you can use them to recover critters following a battle. Friend Stones (also known as F-Stones), meanwhile, are important to winning battles, as they boost Attack, Defense and Health. Good thing is you can buy Gold, Crystals and Friend Stones, click one of the green plus icons next to the desired currency along the top of the screen. Prices are:
