HP-Up Heart Locations

In Paper Mario: Sticker Star, there aren't many stats in the traditional sense. This makes HP-Up Hearts that much more valuable, as it increases Mario's maximum HP by 5 points permanently. There are 16 in all, which brings a total of up to 80 extra hit points for Mario. For some of the bosses, Mario will need as many hit points as he can muster, especially if he's running out of stickers at the end of a boss fit.

Location                          Description
Decalburg Once you complete all the Toad rescues (World 1-2, 2-1, 3-11, 4-6, and 5-2), return to the Decalburg's residential area. Read the postcards in the house to the right to nab this well-earned HP-Up Heart.
Surfshine Harbor After uncovering the Warehouse Door scrap and repositioning it here via paperization, follow the path to the upper floor to uncover this HP-Up Heart.
World 1-2 The windy garden has had all of its flowers ruined. Replant them using Ice Flowers and Fire Flowers to get this HP Heart as a gift.
World 1-4 Once you defeat the Big Buzzy Bettle, this HP-Up Heart will appear.
World 2-1 On a platform near the pyramid hides this HP-Up Heart. You'll need to reach the top, slide down using the ramp to the left, and the njump over the gap to collect it.
World 2-2 The Sphinx's north side, near its right rear foot, will hide this HP-Up Heart. You'll need to drop down from the ledge by walking toward the background.
World 2-3 This HP-Up Heart hides within a sarcophagus along the back wall of the room through Door 3.
World 3-1 This HP-Up Heart appears at the end of the course once the forest is cleansed.
World 3-3 The first room of Wiggler's treehouse should be a living room. At the top of the ramp on the upper floor is a secret door that holds this HP-Up Heart.
World 3-8 Hidden on the forest floor, this HP-UP Heart is behind a large tree. Watch for the poisoned stream in the background when you reach the web on the floor. If you cross the stream, the tree is to the left.
World 3-9 On the left edge of the second pool, there are steps. Hidden behind these steps is this HP-Up Heart.
World 3-10 Clean up the forest once again and this HP-Up Heart appears in the storage room.
World 4-2 This HP-Up Heart can be found on a platform along the second frozen river.
World 4-3 Complete 4-5, then go to the living room and sit down with the forebear. The steward will arrive just in time to give up a HP-Up Heart.
World 5-1 The temple courtyard holds a hidden area with the HP-Up Heart inside. You can find this hidden cave by moving past the carnivorous flower.
World 5-6 This HP-Up Heart is on the volcano's second floor near the central lift. Collect this before heading out to take down Petey Piranha.
