than before. Rave, Luau, Country, the whole trend!
Make your own Rave and put on the 'Techno' style!
Make your own Luau and sing to the Campfire!
Make your own Country scene and ride the Mechanical Bull!

1. New NPC characters

You got it! More NPC characters! Here is the list of them and what they do!

Female Exotic Dancer - Ulala! This woman comes out of the cake and dances 
for your sims! Definetly something to make your party complete!

Male Exotic Dancer - Your female sims would love this guy.

Mime - A character that can drop by, but someone who would definetly make 
the party a real bust.

Caterer - Keeps the table full of food!

Gorilla - A character than can entertain your kids (instead of the exotic 
dancers.)

I have not yet spotted any of the other NPC characters (if there are anymore 
that is.)


2. New Items

Here are some of the new items introduced in House Party!

Mechanical Bull - The country scene would not be complete without this! Your 
sims can learn body skills from it. You can choose "Easy" "Medium" or 
"Difficult"

Turntables - A rave isn't a rave without this baby! You can hook up more 
speakers, too!

Bubble Blower - A rave scene could use this for more decoration. Four sims 
can blow bubbles at a time. Neat!

Dancing Cage - A sim can dance in the cage to make the party wild!

Inflatable chairs and couches - Now this is PARTY furniture! Comes in Baby 
Blue, Baby Pink, and a lime type green.

Men and Women bathroom doors - Now you can pretend you are holding some kind 
of building by placing a door that has the men and women sign on them!

Toga Trunk - Match the outfits with the theme you are doing!

Dance Tiles - Shining dance tiles when you dance on them! Great for the Rave 
theme!

New Showers and sinks! - 2 new showers and a 2 new sinks! More toilets too! 
I am glad Maxis made more showers because their was only 1 before and it was 
getting to look stupid, you know what I mean?

More Windows and Doors! - Tons of new doors and windows it's a great 
selection! Tons for each theme! Many rave doors and windows, including a 
circulation fan!

Tons more Misc. Stuff and decorative - You will be pleased to know that 
there are tons more Misc. stuff and decorative, Maxis really improved, and 
made an excellent expansion pack!

And MUCH MUCH MORE! There are 100+ new items in House Party!


3. Rave

This is my favorite. And this is probably the ultimate party type in House 
Party. The Bubble Blowers, the dancing light-up squares, dancing cages, 
turntables, they all look good in this theme!

Toga Trunk outfits: Dancing outfits, more like what teenagers would wear. 
(Army colored baggy pants, tank-tops, etc.)

If you want the ultimate party, I would use this theme!


4. Country

My least favorite theme. If you are a rootin' tootin' country person than go 
with this theme.

Toga Trunk outfits: No doubt you will be dressing in Cowboy boots, cowboy 
outfits, the whole works!

5. Luau

By the seashores of Gitchi-Goomi, place your sims in this style! Sing by the 
campfire, tell ghost stories, play on the guitar, it's beach style!

Toga Trunk outfits: Hula outfits, sandals, etc.


6. Music

More music for the themes! Here they are! (The old ones mentioned as well.)

Beach
Disco
Techno
Country
Country Dance
Classical
Rap
Latin

Have fun! Some of the new music is actually better than the old!
