Call of Duty WW2 is receiving pretty positive responses from players and critics alike since its launch last week, with many praising its return to the "boots on the ground" gameplay of its predecessor. I've already offered my impressions of its multiplayer offering, while Jason is busy finalizing his review, but now we want to know what you think.
While Call of Duty WW2 could well be a return to CoD's roots, there are still many players who are far too jaded by the franchise to give it another shot unless Activision spruces up its gameplay completely. While the removal of its jet-packing and wall-running is a step in the right direction for some, for others it's not quite enough and many have their own suggestions regarding what they'd like to see.
Personally, I'm pleased with the changes shown in Call of Duty WW2, and I'd like to see it continue down this route. With that being said, I can understand those who want to see the franchise take a year off and come back with a completely revitalized and overhauled take on the modern FPS, especially considering the genre has seen some of its best releases over the past year or so. How would you want to improve Call of Duty?
