Fallout 76 Battle Royale – How to Win in Hunter/Hunted PvP

Fallout 76 isn’t just an MMO survival game. Indeed, there is something of a Fallout 76 battle royale mode included. Tucked away within the game’s world is a Fallout 76 PVP mode, which is called Fallout 76 Hunter/Hunted. In this guide, not only will we let you in on what the mode is and how to access it, but we’ll also give you some helpful tips on how to win the thing. Get your notebook out.

Fallout 76 Battle Royale – What is Fallout 76 Hunter/Hunted?

Hunter/Hunted is a PVP multiplayer mode hidden within Fallout 76. You won’t find the mode on any menus, however. Instead, there is a trick to finding the game mode, but more on that later. Hunter/Hunted has you up against five other players. You have to hunt each other down and eliminate the competition. The last man standing is the winner. Just like in a battle royale mode, the map decreases with time, so you can only hide for so long. You will win the bounty of each player you kill, and winning overall will net you with some seriously good rewards, including Caps, XP, and more. The more people you kill, the better your rewards will be.

Fallout 76 Battle Royale – How to Access Hunter/Hunted

As we mentioned above, you cannot access Fallout 76 Hunter/Hunted via any in-game menus. Instead, you can find it on the Radio Tab on your Pip-Boy. To enter into a matchmaking lobby, simply choose the Hunter/Hunted option on your Pip-Boy’s Radio. This will initialize a quest and place you in a lobby. A Hunter/Hunted match will not begin, however, until at least four players have joined the lobby. Unfortunately, this works out as 16.7% of any servers total number of players, so finding a match may take some time. Hopefully, guides such as this will help the mode find some more traction until Bethesda potentially adds it to the game’s home-screen menu.
