Assassin's Creed Odyssey Make Money Fast Farm Drachmae

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: Get Money Fast, Farm Drachmae

Making money fast in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will enable you to keep your character outfitted with the best weapons and armor possible. There’s plenty of opportunities to get gold quickly in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Below we’ve detailed our favorite way to farm Drachmae and stack money fast.

How to Get Drachmae Fast in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

When you first start the game, you’re not going to have an intense need for money. You’ll continually be obtaining new and better weapons and armor, and for the first few hours, you won’t have any that are really worth keeping and upgrading.

However, by the time you make it through Megaris, you’ll have a few Epic and Legendary items that have some very desirable stat boosting traits. Problem is, you need a massive amount of Drachmae to upgrade them.

The best way to get money quick early on is to just loot everything that isn’t nailed down. That one or two Drachmae you find in almost every basket you can pilfer will add up quickly, and by plundering the random pots, baskets, and crevices of Greece, you’ll find trade goods which you can sell at the Blacksmith.

However, by the time you get to Athens, you can start practicing your money farming techniques on a larger scale.

How to Farm Money in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

The most dependable way to farm Drachmae is to sell off weapons and armor you no longer need to a Blacksmith. The first thing you need to do is find an area with a few forts and/or fortresses in it. When you get to Athens, a good place to return to for money farming is Phokis.

Since these forts and fortresses respawn enemies and items, you can predictably loot and kill your way to weapons and armor. Almost every elite soldier will drop some piece of equipment, and you can raid weapons racks in fortresses as well.

By the time you make a loop of two or three forts, you’ll have enough equipment to sell for a good chunk of cash. However, if you want to maximize profits, you need to think on your feet. Continue switching your farming grounds to areas that are just under your current level to ensure you’re able to easily cut through forts while still getting high enough level equipment to make it worth your time.
