I think it is.

KSP .18 was released the other day, for those that don't know. Big update with interface changes, docking and everything else.
You can now put petrol stations around all the planets around the sun if you feel like it, and launch unmanned craft. Can send cheap probes to other planets to see what their atmosphere, gravity, etc is.

And yes, that plane really does fly. Just.
