After his legitimate complaints about authentication issues he received no reply other than a ban. According to EA's representatives, this ban was the unfortunate result of a gitch in their system which banned several members who had opted out of receiving email from EA.

Yeah uh huh, Sure EA.

Maybe I'm lame but I can get behind it being a bug related to the email opt-out.
