You wont be able to tell much a different on your ps3 or xbox because both have 30fps and lower(Other than Call Of Duty)

You really have to have a machine that pushes 61-120fps to see a difference.


And as for you question your tv should be synced up to your computer refresh and resolution. So your graphics drivers should display that its 120hz.

Yeah 120hz isn't an option and it's showing the display as my surround sound receiver, not the TV. I'm wondering if since I'm connected via HDMI to my receiver that the driver won
t recognize the TV or it being 120hz. I guess I could connect directly to the tv via HDMI and run a digital coax to the receiver...
