Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

State of Decay Review
Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

I'd say 54% are aware. 12% are now aware after reading this thread and 8% will be aware once the game is released. 21% are unfortunately so poor they don't even know what a mansion is, let alone buy a video game, so they will never be aware. And at least 25% of people are so in love with Mario they don't give a crap about Luigi.

No I haven't.

What's the gameplay like in the Luigis Mansion games? Any platforming? Haunted hauses are my least favorite levels in Mario games, so I don't know if the game would really suit me.

No platforming. it's actually more like an action puzzle game if I had to define it. You go from room to room solving puzzles, opening keys, and fighting ghosts (which requires timed button presses and knowing when to use your flashlight versus when to attack)

Why? If it's not platforming its not a Mario game?

Damn straight, it's a Luigi game.

Luigi games got a bad rap with the craptacular Mario is Missing. But Luigi's Mansion was awesome, can't wait to play this one.

Just paid off my preorder. Kevin Schaller is on the review for us, but I'm not sure when it'll go up exactly.

Got distracted by Fire Emblem. Probably won't play today. I think I really need to just finish this playthrough of FE or I'll never go back to it.

I was watching the GameTrailers review thinking "wow these visuals are shit" until I finally realized it's a 3DS game, not WiiU! Visuals are quite good, in that case. And it looks super full-featured and polished. Nintendo doesn't really hold back on their first-party stuff.

It's been in development for 3+ years and I'm sure some of the ideas in the game have been around even longer than that. The first party games on the 3DS are all amazing (in their own way). The only one I didn't LOVE so far was Paper Mario, but I'm as happy with this system as I've ever been with any video game hardware. Plus the online marketplace and system software are really coming into their own.
