Well, Gamergate has spilled over into the mainstream media and the coverage appears to be nearly uniformly dreadful. Take " What is Gamergate, and What Does It Say About Gender In Video Games? " by David Konnow as an example.  It appears that the writer has done little to no...

Reports coming in saying it'll be ~$550. That's way too much for Kinect 2.0 so I'm out. If I have the choice I will not be buying the next Xbox and going with PS4 instead.

Why are you not allowed to choose?

I'll probably end up getting every console ever... simply because... well, it's what I do for a living.

I'll probably just get the PS4 and the nex-gen Xbox the year after. I was able to survive Black Friday for a PS3, I could probably do it again.

If Microsoft goes through with always online DRM I wont be buying it. Ill be the guy having to mod all my country friend's consoles, so it doesn't kick them off every 3 minutes.

If Sony has amazing exclusives(Including downloadable ps3 exclusives) I may buy a ps4.

/\

Sony always has the best exclusives (Outside of Nintendo's Metroid and Zelda, imo).

I won't be buying an Xbox either. What they have done with the 360 so far is just disturbing. Buying gold just to use the browser or Netflix... pathetic! And don't forget about the tons of ads. Neither Sony nor Nintendo do this, and their service is FREE!

As with all new Consoles Releases, I will just wait and see. I am personally past that whole "gotta get it when it comes out" mind-set.

Pricing and "brand-loyalty" won't change my decision, at least at the launch of new consoles.

Don't get me wrong: I look forward to the newer consoles to see what improvements they have to offer, but again I'll wait and see what they are really all about first. No rush.
