Man, that is insane... that's awesome. Very Happy How long does it take to do something like that?

As for posting stuff... I'll make another post after this one to well, dump some comic strips I've been working on if that's cool. Smile

Well used44... here you go. Some more artwork. Smile I'm gon' dump 'em.

I've really been trying to work hard on my web comic "Reckless Abandon". It's... well, another gaming/geek web comic (I know right?). There's no plot. It's just gag comics, either parodies of video games (which I'll do a comic strip about the game) or just stupid crap that happens in my life which I find funny, or try and turn it into a joke (which is "Misc.", generally these comic strips involve the main characters).

My brother helps me out with it provides the majority of writing, while I provide the artwork.

I think I've posted a few of these already in the past, so I'll try and figure out the ones I have yet to post.

[Edit] Sorry for some of the strange resizes of the strips... blogger is weird.

"Interchangeable" - ZombiU

"The great debate" - Skyrim

"Square business"

"Terrible, terribly punny" - Mortal Kombat (2011)

"Endure" - Misc. (Judo)

"Valentine's Day?" - Misc. (Valentine's Day)

"Airborn" - Misc. (a fart joke... yeah I went there)

"Deviant, indeed" - Misc. (deviantART)

"A dark world" - Misc. (online dating)

And to top it off... here's a cartoon sketch of me, falling with a bunch of comics. Razz I drew it on a small post it note.

I then took this post it note sketch and turned it into a high resolution drawing. Smile

Sorry about the spam and art dump, but I hope you guys all like my work!

Those are great, Craig. I really like seeing you draw the MK characters. Most of your strips feature the main characters, but it would be neat to see more familiar game characters drawn in your style.

Not meant to be a criticism, just a hopeful suggestion.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the positive comments. Smile

And used44 - it's all good. I like drawing parody comics (like the Mortal Kombat one) so I get to draw other characters in my style, but lately I've been wanting to draw my original characters and explore them a little more.

I have drawn other comics/video game parodies. I once uploaded them onto the GR forums but I can't seem to find them, so I'll just repost them all here. I hope you all enjoy these and used44, this will show that I do enjoy doing video game parodies like the Mortal Kombat strip. Smile

Time for an art dump.

Oh god that sounds horrible.

MORE ART!

"No wonder" Misc. (Batman: Arkham City)

"Am I right?" Misc. (Resident Evil 6)

"Evolution" - Misc. (Pokemon)

"Employee of the month" - Misc. (Hitman: Absolution)

and today, I JUST uploaded a brand new comic from my brother and I. Smile

"What a view" - Misc. (Guns of Icarus Online)

I feel like a complete douche for spamming this thread, and I feel like a complete douche for not making a comic strip for about three weeks. I feel a lot better after finally bloody updating.

This came to mind when I saw the recent Star Wars games sale on Steam this weekend. I remember years ago, must have been 2004 or 2005, my brother and I hired out Star Wars: Battlefront II for PS2. My brother was playing online, playing in a capture the flag/base kinda game on the Rebel side on the Endor map. He got heaps of kills, then he became a hero character, Han Solo. We were like "whoa!" and just as I was asking, "I wonder who the Empire gets?" - Darth Vader jumps down onto screen, cuts down Han Solo in one lightsaber strike, then jumps off screen. W, T, F.

Awesome job. I know how you feel about being a douche. I feel like that every time I posted a link to my Ustream channel in the "Streaming" thread.

It's not that hard to look up, since Urban abuses his powers and expects me to give high quality streams (which I simply can't do)

Sometimes when I get bored, I have a bunch of posted notes near my keyboard and I only use them to draw. It was originally out of boredom, but I've decided I want to do heaps of post it note drawings and make like... a giant wall of them. I'll show you some of the ones I've done that I like.

These post it notes are tiny, like maybe 2 x 2 inches or something.

Robin (Tim Drake), Batman: Arkham City:

Lara Croft, Tomb Raider (2013):

Wolverine, X-Men:

Commander Shepard (female), Mass Effect:

Lee Everett, The Walking Dead (by Tell Tale Games):

My friend requesting a picture of herself cartoonified:

My interpretation of Mega Man:

Vash the Stampede, Trigun:

Cartoonified me, falling through the sky and being surrounded by comics, because I am a giant nerd:

Tony Stark, Iron Man (inspired by the HUD view seen in the Iron Man films):

Ash Ketchum, Pokemon (requested by a friend):

Superman (inspired by Injustice: Gods Among Us):

Cartoonified version of me, wearing a Penny Arcade shirt I actually own:

Nice!
Here's my drawing of a young Victor Sullivan.

And here's some crazy Joker egg thing I made when I was bored.

Nice sketch on good ol' Victor "Goddamn" Sullivan. Captured the moustache and hair very well.

That egg joker thing is going to give me nightmares. Razz

I'll bite:

Pic of 3 of my protangists in my story:

This is a draft of Sherry Winterbury, an evil assassin hell bent on killing her father Perry Winterberry. He killed her mother, Cherry Winterberry.

Then this definitely isnt art, I was bored at work. So made movie posters based on he new fonts I found:

Awesome, MattAY. I'm thinking I can just scan my sketches and trace over it with MS Paint, that way I can add color to it. Also, remember Uncy Ben, MattAY? Well, that guy in your last picture looks like a more healthier and professional version of him.
