Yesterday, while cleaning up my media center, I found my copy of Ratchet & Clank: Into The Nexus, which I bought sometime before Christmas last year. I had been pretty excited about this game pre-release, what with it being the first "traditional", albeit shorter than usual,...

...checking out Element4l on Steam? I have a review key sent to us by the developers. This is an indie platformer that looks kind of cool. Here's a link to the Steam page:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/235820/

This is basically a giveaway, because they sent the code without us asking and I don't have anyone to review. However, I would love to feature your impressions on the game on our site. How would that work?

You take the code, download the game, play it as much or as little as you want, then I ask you a series of questions and we'll post it as a manifesto.

So yeah, tl;dr
I have a code for a game, but no one to review it. If you want it, you can play however much you'd like and then answer my questions.

Seems like a game I would want to play once I'm medicating again.

Can I just ask why is it not you that is reviewing it?
Just being nice? Busy? Girlfriend angry at you for being gone at e3?

I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the video, I'm reminded of LocoRoco. I'll take it.

We don't have the manpower and everyone is recovering from E3. Also, there's no pay for this. It could be a Skype call or an e-mail or whatever... in fact if you didn't do it I'm not going to hunt you down or be mad, but in giving this code away I'd still like to give the developer a little bit of coverage.

Really, this is a giveaway, but it'd be cool if you told me about the game after I give you the code. I'll pick someone on Sunday morning when I do the banning.

I would, but don't think I would be playing much of it. When would you need the review done by?

This looks like a fun, non-intensive game that would be perfect for playing on my laptop.

Yeah, I would be up for trying this out and giving a short review of it.

I'd be interested in giving this a go. It would be a good excuse for me to pull myself away from Rift and to focus some attention on a more independent title. That and the fact that it looks zen as hell.
